Grr…

I’m sorry, no weigh-ins or blogging these past few days. I’ve had the double whammy of being off work sick, and of course the inevitable lady times… This has lead to a bit of naughtiness, I’ll admit. J and I had an indian the other night, and I’ve had the odd cookie and chocolate over the past couple of days. Bad girl.

But that all ends today. I’m back to being determined today. I had an OK day – I ate a good PP day, except for one stray Oreo biscuit. Back on things properly from tomorrow, including a good walk. πŸ™‚

  2. Good to hear from you. We literally live 4 doors up from the best smelling indian takeaway in yorkshire – if im hungry and I smell it im doomed!!! hope you feel better today, oreo-cookie-smushie. some nuggety chicken bites will see you right. did you enjoy the day-time TV?

    • Mmmm, chicken nuggety bites. There’s some chicken marinating overnight in the fridge for my lunch tomorrow… πŸ™‚

      I don’t watch daytime TV, but I did enjoy catching up on Starwars Clone Wars. I freaking love that show, though I’m slightly sheepish admitting it!

  3. There you are.. we missed ya!!!
    Dont worry about it and get back on track soon.. for me after a half kilo taken in from the great wedding weekend, two days on my best behaviour and i am no 1 kilo down!!! sometimes the body needs a couple of days of cheating, specially if sick!!!

    • Yay, nice one Clauds! Weddings are tough, aren’t they? Fortunately I only have one every 3-4 months or so, so I generally let my hair down, and then dance off the calories on the dance floor… πŸ˜‰

    • I’m all back to health now, but thanks for YOUR support message! πŸ™‚ We’ve been doing this a long time, you and I. Maybe we should go on a rampage of finding/adapting new recipes, and sharing them with each other? I won’t be ready to do that for a few weeks yet – but once I’m settled into the new house, I’ll let you know and we’ll do the one-two-three COOK! thing. πŸ™‚

    Great blog, I have just started the dd and im enoying it so far, my weights about the same as you ….well i started at 96.2kgs i am now 95kg after 3 days which i am happy with :oD
    Hope you feel better soon.

    I also started bloging mainly to get it all out there and it keeps me on track knowing I have to be honest and share it with cyber space.
