Breakfast

  • mug of tea
  • flaxseed & oatbran bread with extra light philly and vegemite

Lunch

  • Ham tomato & cheese omelette

Dinner

  • sausages with cabbage (I know it’s supposed to be a PP day, but it was a big day and the rest of my family was having cabbage and I decided to partake too

Exercise

  • 4 trips of house moving across town, and all the up and down stairs involved in that

Another good loss this morning, hurray! My body has finally decided to relinquish all that water – and I’d not be surprised if stress and hard work had something to do with it. I’ve not had that much to eat today – my day has been taken up with moving boxes and bags and belongings with J to our new home on the other side of Edinburgh. Our new home is so beautiful – it’s not huge, but the garden was SO well maintained by the previous owners. I only hope that I can continue to do it justice!

Don’t begrudge me my red wine with dinner – it’s been a big day. 🙂

More moving tomorrow and the next day – hopefully things should start to calm down a bit after Wednesday.

  3. Yay for the weightloss 🙂 You’re right, all that moving boxes will get the water moving… my excess water is finally moving out, too!

I think moving is up there with the most stressful things you can go through, so I think a couple of celebratory glasses of wine are OK.

Great to see the progress! I don’t know if you follow Dani’s blog, but she had a wonderful one called “Analogy” today… check it out: http://danilovesdukan.blogspot.com

Keep up the great work… your move will be over and you’ll be enjoying that new garden soon!!!

Can you tell me how to post on little miss contrary blog please? I want to ask where she got the sugar free syrups I think I can see in her photos but when I try to post it asks for a ‘profile’ and I don’t have any of those accounts that come up- any ideas? Thanks, sue

    • Hi Sue,

To post on LMC’s blog, you will need one of those accounts. The easiest thing is to get a google account – click here to get one: https://accounts.google.com/NewAccount

It’s surprising how useful it is to have a google account – it will give you access to gmail, google documents, google plus, and a whole load of other stuff. And with that you can leave comments on LMC’s blog.

Hope that helps! If you’re still having trouble, let me know and I’ll help out however I can.

      Cxx
