Lunch

  • Grilled chicken thigh pieces marinated overnight with Nando’s portugese BBQ marinade and caribbean curry seasoning (omg yum!)
  • 2x low carb beef burger patties

Dinner

  • Half a sainsbury’s roast chicken

Exercise

  • 40 mins cycling to and from work – still not pushing very hard, as my foot hurts (still!)
